Launched in 1994, Sims has been pioneering light-up fretboard technology whilst utilising unconventional luthiery techniques to retrofit LEDs into customers guitars without removing the fretboard or any frets.
Available colours include Aqua Blue, Electric Blue, Yellow, Red, Green, and White.
You can opt to have as many LEDs in your guitar or bass as you wish. Customers most commonly opt for configurations that replace their standard fret markers on fret positions 3, 5, 7, 9, 12, 15, 17, 19, 21 and 24 depending on how many frets your instruments has. This usually makes a total 9, 10 or 12 for either the Front Facing or Side Edge of the fretboard or 18, 20, 24 or 26 for both front and side edge.
If you would like front and side options they come as all on or all off as standard. Interchangeable front and side options (front on, side off etc.) will have additional costs.
